The warm weather is finally here to stay! We’re looking forward to all that summertime brings, including barbeque hangouts, beach days and good food! Try this Super-Nutrient Avocado Blueberry Smoothie recipe to kick off the new season.

This recipe is from our Holistic Nutritionist, Amy Jones who loves supporting clients with all different needs but specializes in supporting mental health through nutrition.

This smoothie is packed with micronutrients that support ADHD symptoms including magnesium, zinc, iron and vitamin C. The chia seeds and hemp seeds provide a healthy dose of omega-3 fatty acids, which have been shown to improve brain function and reduce ADHD symptoms. The almond butter adds healthy fats and protein to keep you feeling full and focused. Plus, it tastes delicious!

Besides the amazing nutrition profile of this smoothie – it’s also extremely easy to make! Whip it up for the whole family to enjoy on those busy mornings.
