Jayde has always had a fascination for understanding the inner workings for the body which bloomed from her years as an athlete. Growing up she played competitive sports, mainly volleyball and soccer. It was after suffering from a knee injury and experiencing her own healing journey, she realized her purpose was to help those in need to rehabilitate to strength.
In addition to being a registered massage therapist with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario, Jayde is also a registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
She finds great joy in helping others through healing the body with touch and her wellness knowledge.
