
Hi! I’m Amy Jones—a registered Functional Nutritionist, ADHD life coach, and Ontario-certified teacher based at Soma and Soul Wellness in Toronto Beaches. I take a whole-body approach to nutrition and health, helping clients create sustainable, realistic changes that support energy, attention, and overall well-being.
My approach isn’t about rigid plans or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I help clients connect the dots between what they eat, how they feel, and how their unique brain and body work. Whether you’re looking to improve digestion, balance hormones, support mental health, or make food less stressful, I’ll help you build habits that fit into your life—not the other way around.
I have a special focus on ADHD and executive function support, working with both kids and adults in Toronto and the East End to improve attention, emotional regulation, and energy levels. My ADHD nutrition and coaching programs integrate practical strategies and brain-friendly nutrition to make managing ADHD simpler, not harder.
When I’m not coaching or creating programs, you can find me in the kitchen, lifting heavy things at the gym, or chasing my kids around while trying to remember where I left my coffee.
