Made with just 5 ingredients, this mocktail is sure to please a crowd – drinkers and non-drinkers alike! The base of this mocktail uses fresh apple cider, meaning no additional sugar is needed. With lime juice, a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg and topped off with ginger beer, this is the perfect non-alcoholic take on a classic cocktail. ⁠

For extra festive fun, garnish each cocktail with a cinnamon stick, lime wedge and freshly sliced apples!⁠


  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg
  • Ice cubes
  • 4 ounces ginger beer
  • Apple slice, cinnamon stick & lime wedge for garnish


  1. Combine cider, lime juice, cinnamon and nutmeg in a chilled copper mug or glass. Add ice cubes and top with ginger beer. Stir to combine. Garnish with an apple slice, a cinnamon stick and a lime wedge, if desired.
