My approach is mindfulness based emotion-focused therapy and I draw from various therapy modalities, including solution-focused, cognitive-behavioural, attachment-based and narrative therapy. Through exploration, discovery and understanding, we can transform burdens of the past, apprehensions of the future and have meaningful connections with self & others.
