Mindful Postures brings awareness to common postures that can add structural and functional stresses to your body. Every day we move and position our bodies into certain postures because they either feel comfortable, have become a habit or fatigue has set in. Unfortunately some of these postures can have adverse effects.

Mindful Postures will use plenty of visual aids and easy to understand explanations. Each video will discuss and examine a posture, the structures involved, how to encourage the movement of fluids, improve mobility and strengthen muscles that have been placed in weakened positions for lengthy periods of time.

Mindful Postures goal is to offer content that will resonate with people and provide them with a set of applicable knowledge they can incorporate into their daily living.

Behind Mindful Postures is our very own Manual Osteopathic Practitioner, Jesseny. Jesseny has spent over the last two decades educating people in the health and wellness industry. She has a passion for encouraging and empowering individuals with the tools they need to succeed.
