Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup cashew, almond, or oat milk

Toppings:

  • Shredded coconut flakes
  • Hemp or Chia Seeds
  • Strawberries

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (except for toppings) in a high-powered blender, magic bullet, or food processor.
  2. Feel free to add more or less milk, depending on the consistency you would like!
