2 cups almond milk or oat milk
¼ tsp. tumeric
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ inch fresh grated ginger, or ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper
Maple syrup or honey, to taste
Dried edible flowers
In a small saucepan, whisk milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
Bring to a boil
Lower the heat and simmer the mixture for 5 minutes
Using a strainer, pour the turmeric into a cup
To make a frothy latte, pour the mixture into a blender, and blend
If you choose this step, you may want to rinse your blender with soap and water directly after, as the turmeric can stain your blender!
