A protein-packed, gluten and dairy-free snack rich in probiotics and antioxidants.

Have you ever felt like a wild roller coaster of emotions after eating a sugary snack? One minute you’re high as a kite, and the next, you’re crashing down to Earth like a ton of bricks. Well, fear not, because I have the solution – coconut yogurt with berries!

This magical combination can stabilize your blood sugar levels which can have a significant impact on your mood. No more feeling wired then tired after eating a sugary treat. With coconut yogurt and berries, you can keep your blood sugar levels stable and your mood balanced.

Coconut yogurt is a great source of healthy fats, fibre and protein, which can all contribute to stabilizing blood sugar levels. A study published in the Journal of Nutrition and Metabolism found that the medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs) in coconut oil (which is an ingredient in coconut yogurt) can improve insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance in individuals with type 2 diabetes. Improved insulin sensitivity means that your body is better able to regular blood sugar levels, which can lead to better mood stability.

In addition, berries are low-glycemic fruits, which means they have a minimal impact on blood sugar levels. A study published in the Journal of Nutritional Science found that consuming berries with a meal high in carbohydrates can reduce postprandial glycemic and insulinemic responses (i.e. reduce the spike in blood sugar levels after a meal). This can help to keep blood sugar levels more stable throughout the day, which can contribute to better mood regulation.

Plus, have you ever tasted coconut yogurt with fresh berries? It’s like a party in your mouth! It’s so delicious, you won’t even realize you’re eating something healthy. So, say goodbye to sugar crashes and hello to coconut yogurt and berries – your taste buds and your mood will thank you!
