FOOD FRIDAYS: Best Green Smoothie⁠

Vitamin-packed Green Smoothie for your on-the-go long weekend.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach frozen
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • 1 cup fruit of choice
  • Optional add-ins: protein powder bee pollen, collagen, etc.

Directions:

1. Put ingredients into the container of a Vitamix blender in the order listed.

2. Start blending on low speed and increase to high.

3. Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until the mixture is smooth.

4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
