Looking for something cold, quick, and satisfying on a hot day?
This easy Brazilian Limonada mocktail blends whole limes with ice, water, and a splash of sweetened condensed milk. It's creamy, tangy, and takes less than a minute to make—no fancy ingredients or prep required.
Made with whole limes, it's a natural source of vitamin C and antioxidants to support your skin and immune system—especially helpful during sun-filled summer days. The sweetness is balanced, and you can adjust it to your liking (or sub in coconut milk if you're dairy-free).
Refreshing enough for a solo afternoon break, and fun enough to serve when guests come by—this mocktail is simple, satisfying, and summer-friendly.
Ingredients
- 5 Limes washed and cut into quarters
- 4 Cups Cold Water
- 1 Can Condensed Milk (you can also use coconut condensed milk!)
- 3-4 Cups Ice Cubes
Directions
- Start by chopping your limes into quarters, and add them to a blender along with the cold water.
-
Blend on high for about 40 seconds, being careful not to over-blend- this will make the Limonada bitter!
-
Strain the liquid into a bowl or jar, then discard the leftover limes.
-
Wash your blender thoroughly, then add the lime juice ONLY back to the blender along with the ice and can of condensed milk.
-
Blend for another 30-40 seconds, then transfer to a glass and enjoy! Store any leftovers back in the fridge, for up to three days.
