What is Metabolic Balance?

Metabolic Balance is a 12-week precise nutrition program that is created just for you based on your blood chemistry, health concerns, and weight-loss goals. Your own physiology will determine how food is combined to optimize your wellness goals. The food selected on the plan will help to correct existing hormonal imbalances in your body which results in the acceleration of your metabolism. When we eat food that is suited to our own body, healing can take place leading to improved mood, less inflammation, glowing skin and radiant energy. In the end, it’s not just about how good it feels to fit into your favourite jeans again – it’s about how great you feel no matter what pants you put on.

PROGRAM PHASES

DETOX PHASE

This phase begins with elimination and eating simple foods for two days to prepare the body for better absorption and improve digestion.

STRICT PHASE

Your personalized meal plan starts at this phase and continue for a minimum of 14 days. This phase is free of additional oil. Patient report feeling less hungry, better energy, and decreased cravings during this phase.

RELAXED PHASE

Additional foods are added to your daily meal plan. Treat meals, alcohol and the occasional chocolate are also included at this phase.

MAINTENANCE PHASE

You did it! You used the guidelines of the program and listen to the cues of your body to guide your food choices.

RESULTS

WEIGHT LOSS

15-20 pounds is the average loss during this 12 week program. Up to 20 lbs may be released during the first 2 weeks of the program.

With weight loss, less inflammation and proper nutrition, inflammation improves allowing the body to experience less joint and body pain.
