Hi, I’m Jesseny, a dedicated Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and Registered Massage Therapist at Soma and Soul Wellness in Toronto Beaches. I have a passion for healing, pain management and rehabilitation. I’ve developed a deep understanding of the human body built from 25 years of experience in high performance training and extensive coursework in both movement-based and treatment-based therapies.
With years of hands-on practice and continuous learning, my depth of experience allows me to effectively assess, treat, and support each patient to help them develop, maintain and rehabilitate their body.
I specializes in articular pumping and joint mobilization, fascial integration, craniosacral therapy and soft tissue manipulation of the musculoskeletal system helps assist and support the body’s own ability to heal.
In my practice I work with people of all ages, ranging from babies to seniors, supporting them in achieving pain-free movement and overall wellness.
