
Hi, my name is Tristan (she/her), and I am a registered psychotherapist whose goal is to support and empower you on your journey towards growth and healing.

I work from a culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem and self-worth, cultural challenges, relationship issues, and other life obstacles.
My approach is client-centred, holistic, and integrative. I utilize different modalities and techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based interventions, and Narrative Therapy.
My practice is centred around building a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship through empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I value the uniqueness of individuals and aim to tailor sessions based on your individual experiences and needs.
