Week 1 60 Mins	The Metabolic Reveal Laboratory results and the food program plan is discussed at this consultation. Your metabolic, health and nutritional status is explained. A launch date is set with you and Dr. Mary Choi.	$650
Week 2 30 Mins	The Detox Q&A Your first check in since beginning the program. This consult is a quick check in to answer questions and support you through the start of the program.	$100
Week 5 30 Mins	The Strict Phase Metabolic and body composition testing and assessments are completed to ensure that you are releasing weight. Mindset mastery	$100
Weeks 7, 9, 12 30 Mins	The Relaxed Phase Metabolic and body composition analysis to ensure that you are releasing weight, have continuous mental and emotional stamina. Slow additions to your menu and additions of treat meals and exercise are encouraged.	$100
